A few weeks ago we went up the mountain for a beautiful picnic with Brad's mom and family.

Zoo!

We went to the Zoo with my whole family, it was a lot of fun.

Parker enjoyed seeing new animals.

Kenley was not a fan of the dinosaurs.

My brother in law works for Kennicott and they rented out the zoo for the night, everything was free! We even got these awesome hats ;)

Brandon (he is my sister's kind of adopted kid) he was so sweet to push the kids all night.

The zoo needs more animals is all I can say.

Lagoon!!

We went to Lagoon for the 24th (on the 25th) of July with the Haaga's, it was blast!! I have not been to Lagoon since high school and we went twice this year and both time was so fun! We will be going more often.

Bulgy the Whale was Kenley's Favorite ride! She went on it like 10 times!

The first few rides she acted like what are we doing, after the third ride she was running from ride to ride, couldn't do go fast enough. It was so much fun to watch her have so much fun.

Kenley loved to drive the "barbie cars" as she called them.

Kenley even went on the BomBora with us, but I'm not sure if she would do it again.

We had such a fun family day!!

Our Summer!!

I'm Back to blogging, finally.

We have had such a fun summer!! Busy and lazy all at the same time. My sister was in town for six weeks so that was so much fun to spend a lot of time with her and her family.

Parker was a lot of fun this summer, he really grew up, it's a big guy now.

He loves to swing!

So does Kenley! We had fun at the park a lot.

Kenley LOVED this princess castle!

We went to "This is the place", Kenley was not sure about the petting zoo, she was a little scared.

We have been Potty Training!

She filled up her whole potty chart and earned this beautiful barbie and horse.

We got to babysit Jeremy and Ashlyn's puppy Oliver and Kenley was in LOVE!

Oliver was a great sport and put up with all of Kenley's playing.

We had a lot of fun days at the Beach, I love Herriman beach, so fun to hang out and relax in the sun.

We spend the time building Sand Castles! Kenley was not a big fan of water this summer, I hope that changes in the future but for now it's nice not having to worry about her every second in the water.

We had a fun birthday party for all of the grand kids, everyone loved their air plains!

Parker loves to brush his teeth. He is so big these days, getting into Everything!! He has six teeth, is a great eater and sleeper. We love our little buddy. He loves Kenley and she loves him. I love watching them grow up together!

Kenley is growing and growing up to fast. She loves making her own sandwiches, she calls ranch and ketchup Syrup. She is kind of stinker these days and if I ever say "no" she thinks saying "please" over and over again will change my mind ;)

Parker's Nine Month!

Another month gone like that. My little guy is now 9 months, crawling, has one tooth, loves to eat and play with his big sister. Kenley can just look at him and make him laugh, I love listening to them in the car just giggling at each other :)

Parker's hair was getting out of control, so I decided to trim it myself.

Parker loves Rylee! I can't say it's mutual but at least Kenley has broken Rylee in so she tolerates him.

He is good at army crawling but gets so frustrated because he wants to be crawling on his hands and knees.

The next day my poor Parker got what Kenley had :( two sick kids, so sad. He was just sad but didn't cry just gave me this "hold me" look all day, and of course that is all we did.

St. George!

A few weeks ago we took a much needed little get away to St. George with my family!

We had so much fun! The weather was perfect! The only bad thing was were missed a few people that couldn't make it.

We went to the movie Rio, it was cute, Kenley really enjoyed it!

Swimming is my favorite part of going to St. George, I love playing like a kid, going down the slide, diving and of course relaxing in the hot tub is nice too.

We had fun at the big park we went to last time we were there.

Sorry I should have finished this 30 blog like three weeks ago, but I am not the best blogger.

Day 29: your favorite vacation.... I have said Hawaii is my favorite vacation like three times so I'm not going to say that one again. I have tried to get some pictures off my older computer but it's not happening today so no pictures but Brad and I have been to Mexico a few times and they have all been fun! Really any vacation is wonderful when your with the one you love!

My little man is 8 months (tomorrow)! He is so much fun. He is close to crawling, he just rolls allover and loves to be down on the floor playing.

Some of his favorite toys is anything that is not a toy (or any of his sister's toys :), like this bucket...

Or his Sock is one of is favorite things to play with.

Kenley is such a girly girl. She loves to paint her nails, do her hair, wear pretty dresses & shoes. She has loved to play hair salon a lot this month.

I love this picture, she is so relaxed :) Kenley sure loves her Cartoons & princess movies, I have come with lots of things to play so she doesn't just want to sit and watch tv all day, she could just watch for hours if I let her.

Kenley loves everything of Parker's, here she is in his high chair that is climbed in all by herself. Today she spent like an hour in his jonny jumper :)

Our Easter fun started Friday night, we dyed our eggs.

Kenley was being so funny and every time I took a picture she would close her eyes.

We should have just dyed them all PINK, she loves pink so much and wants everything and anything to be PINK!

Saturday we went over to my mom & dad's for an egg hunt.

Easton, to busy like Kenley to look at me ;)

Lindsay is at lest looking at me, even if her bucket is in front of her face :)

Jaxson was so sweet to help Kenley find her eggs!

Easter Morning the Easter Bunny came to our house and gave the kids lots of goodies.

Your house and your favorite rooms in it...

This is our home. Hopefully by the end of the summer I will have a picture of it with a nice yard :)

Brad's favorite room is the family room, he loves to relax and watch TV with his family ;)

One of my favorite rooms is the kitchen, I love to cook and bake and it's kind of like this is MY room. I love that it has enough space for everything I need. It also has a wonderful pantry but it was way to messy to take a picture of, I have had it on my spring cleaning list for over a month.

I will post pictures of the kids rooms soon, I am done with Parker's and Kenley's room is coming along.

I have so many wonderful friends!

I am still friends with most everyone I was in high school and we still get together regularly, I love it!

Cajun Chicken Pasta

My sister in law posted this recipe on her blog and we tried it tonight and it was delicious! I love trying new recipes.

Cajun Chicken Pasta!
4 ounces linguine pasta -I used Penne Pasta
2 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
2 tablespoons butter - I used olive oil instead
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 green bell pepper, sliced
4 fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 green onion, chopped -I had a white onion so I used it instead of green.
1 cup heavy cream
1/4 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon lemon pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.
Place the chicken and the Cajun seasoning in a plastic bag. Shake to coat. In a large skillet over medium heat, saute the chicken in butter or margarine until almost tender (5 to 7 minutes).
Add the red bell pepper, green bell pepper, mushrooms and green onion. Saute and stir for 2 to 3 minutes. Reduce heat.
Add the cream, basil, lemon pepper, salt, garlic powder and ground black pepper. Heat through. Add the cooked linguine, toss and heat through. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and serve.

Favorite recipe...

Brad's favorite is...

Angel Chicken
A delicious white sauce you cook in the crock pot and pour over pasta!

Ingredients:
3-4 Chicken breasts ( I don't use that much, I use about half)
8 oz. cream cheese (I cut it up so it easily melts)
1 Tbl. butter
1 can of Cream of chicken (I mix it with a little bit of milk and then add it)
1 can of Chicken broth
1 package of good season's Italian dressing (it is 0.7 oz package that makes 8 oz.)
(it's by the powdered ranch mixes)

Directions:
Cook in the crock pot for 3 - 5 hours ( I like to cook it on low for 4-5 hours)
Pour over linguine (or any pasta you like)
If it is a little runny you can add corn starch right before you are ready to eat it, I add the corn starch with a little water and then to the sauce.

My Favorite is...

Crock Pot Chicken

6-8 boneless, chicken breasts

8 oz carrots, cut into julienne strips

8 oz mushrooms, sliced

2 10.75 oz can of cream of mushroom

2 envelopes of dry Italian dressing

1 onion finely diced

1 cup sour cream

2 Tbsp cornstarch

Place chicken on bottom of crock pot. Then add chicken, carrots & mushrooms. In a separate bowl combine soup, dressing mix & onion. Poor over the chicken & veggies. Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6. Half hour before serving combine sour cream & corn starch, mix into crock pot to thicken.

Serve over rice.

I was going to cut the recipe in half for the three of us, so I only used 2 chicken breasts, I cut them up, I used a lot of carrots and mushrooms, one cream of mushroom and one Italian dressing pack. It seamed like it could use little more soup to cover all the veggies and chicken and I didn't have any more cream of mushroom so I just use cream of chicken but I didn't add another dressing pack. Then I used about 3/4 cup of sour cream.

Serve over rice.

Both Recipes are pretty similar, We have the same taste I think that is a good thing.

Tonight Kenley had a Dance Recital, well I should say "We" had a Recital since it was a Mommy & Me class.

She did a good job, I wish I had video of the recital last Saturday, seems like she was more into it then.

What did i wear today??

It's pretty sad it's the middle of April and I'm still wearing a sweater, I can't wait for the spring dresses.

Brad wore a Haaga's shirt. I really love him wearing a work shirt everyday, I was buying him so many shirts and he would get sick of them so fast. Now I only have to buy him a few cute shirt for going out.

favorite book...

I don't have a favorite book, the last novel I read was the twilight series but I wouldn't say that was my favorite book. I love to read self help books, I loved to read all the pregnancy books when I was pregnant and I still love the What to Expect series, If I have a questions about something Kenley is going through and she is always going through something it's nice to read about it.

This week I have been reading Landscaping 1-2-3, I borrowed from my neighbor. It is getting me excited about what we want to do in our yard to bad it's a lot more work then a drawing on paper ;)

The books I read the most and love to read are children books to the kids, one of my favorites is Little Miss Spider.

Brad's favorite book to read to the kids is The Wriggly Wriggly Baby.

I'm looking forward to going to Lake Powell!

We go every year with Brad's family and it's always a nice relaxing week with the family.

Our Family...

Brad & I have been married for almost SIX Years!! Wow! We have been together for almost Eight years. Brad makes it so easy to be his wife.

Kenley is our cute two year old. She loves to dance and sing & play. She is always making us laugh.

Parker is 7 months and he is the best baby ever. I don't have anything to say but good things about this cute little guy.

Our doggie Rylee. She is 6 1/2 we have had Rylee longer than we have been married. We love Rylee like she is one of our children :)

Your Makeup Bag...

I don't have a lot of things in my makeup bag, I like to keep it simple.

I love BareMinerals, I love how it feels like I'm not wearing any makeup.

I like L'Oreal mascara.

I can't live without my Chi. My hair is so wavy and fluffy, I would look hideous without it.

I don't wear perfume that often but I like a good body spray.

Brad is a typical guy, shower...

Brush teeth

Puts some gel in his hair,

Throws on some deoderant,

& he's out the door.

Me on the other hand I am a girl and I have to get two little monkeys ready at the same time.

Something you're afraid of...

I'm afraid of something bad happening to my family.

I still check on my kids all the time when they are sleeping. I can't ever go to sleep without checking on them one last time.

Brad is afraid of being paralyzed and being helpless.

Like a boulder falling on me while camping and then while I'm stuck a mountain lion comes and chews on my legs and then a black bear comes chases the mountain lion away and finishes eating my legs. Then I fall down the mountain doing cartwheels with no legs my wounds, where my legs would be get really dirty. As I'm washing my wound I cut new legs out of trees in the perfect form of my old legs. But I still can't walk very good. That's what I'm afraid of.

Brad's Hobby is GOLFING!

He could do it as a full time job.

He has been golfing since he was 16 and has always loved it!

Doug & Terry are always there for us, we love spending time with them.

Brad's Mom is a wonderful lady. She loves to spend time with our kids. I love having a grandma that wants to be involved in our life.

I am so lucky to have the sweetest Parents. They are always there for me. So loving and caring. My parents love working in their yard, I hope some of that rubs off on me soon. I have so much fun getting together with my mom (& sister) to go shopping, craft or whatever. My dad and I go out to Breakfast, it's fun to stay friends with my parents.

We love our parents and are so lucky to have them!

This week we went down to St. George for a little vacation. Our friends the Penman's joined us. Our girls had so much fun together.

They had fun at the mall with Laurel and I while the guys golfed.

After the mall we went a big, fun park.

The best of all was swimming!

Of course Rylee came and enjoyed herself too :)

4: He loves the rain! He could sit in it day and night. Before we had kids he would only go for a walk with me and Ry if it was raining or snowy. We would always go for a walk at night in the fresh snow.

I am so in love with these two :) I am one lucky Mommy!!

My little guy is already six month! These last six month have gone by pretty fast and I have loved every day!

Parker is now sitting up by himself, he loves to play on a blanket with toys. Parker loves his hands, I will go check on him all the time in his bed he rarely cries and he is just staring at his beautiful hands ;)

He is such a happy and patient baby, i'm so blessed!

He is a great eater and likes everything!

Kenley has really started talking sentences this month. It's so fun to have conversations all day with her.

Rylee is a great dog! Had to add a picture of her! Poor thing can't wait for it to warm up so we can go for a lot more walks.

Parker loves playing anything with his big sister!

Kenley has fallen in LOVE with Beauty & the Beast. She wants to watch it every day. She is so cute trying to sing to the songs and dance like Bell!

She also love Ariel, it's fun to have her in love the movies I loved so much when I was little!

This month has been so nice and laid back.

My sweet kids were both sick on Valentine's Day with Croup, so we got to just relax all day and watch movies. Kenley has been totally in love with Beauty and the Beast so we watched it twice :)

Brad took me out Saturday to the Cheesecake Factory & a Movie so it was nice to spend the day home with the kids.

Kenley loved her new necklace, bracelet and notebook.

Parker loved his treat too! He is such a happy guy, so happy even when he's not feeling good.

Homemade Bins

I love my Mud Room but it's always a big mess, it's so nice to have all the things we need to run out the door right by the back door but I hate having it a huge mess all of the time. I have been looking for baskets or bins to fit but never found anything the right size. I look at craft blogs a lot and someone made there own bins out of cardboard and fabric, I can't remember the blog but I remembered the idea.

These bins were easy to make; I just cut out cardboard to the size I wanted, taped them together with packing tape, spray glued the fabric on, & cut out vinyl letters on my cricut.

They are really big and roomy for all the things I need to keep by the back door like Hats and gloves or things I need to keep up so little hands can't reach them like play dough, bubbles or permanent markers!

Valentines Day Decor

I have been in a crafty mood lately so with Valentines day coming I thought I would make a few crafts.

A Heart Wreath.

I liked how it turned out and had a bunch of fabric leftover so I made two little wreaths.

My sister and I made these blocks, we had everything on had so it was fun to make a cute craft for free!

A few weeks ago my friends and I got together for a craft day, what fun. I could get together everyday with friends and do crafts! (how old am I???)

I got these wood letters when we were first married and they were just painted some white, red and pink pretty boring. I love what some glitter can do!

I found these cardboard letters at hobby lobby for like $1.50, with a little glitter I think they turned out pretty cute.

I have put hearts and rose peddles everywhere, I went a little over board :)

I love Valentines day! I can't wait to make cookies and hang out with the ones I LOVE!!

Crock Pot Chicken

Tonight I tried a new recipe and it was delicious so I thought I would share it.

6-8 boneless, chicken breasts

8 oz carrots, cut into julienne strips

8 oz mushrooms, sliced

2 10.75 oz can of cream of mushroom

2 envelopes of dry Italian dressing

1 onion finely diced

1 cup sour cream

2 Tbsp cornstarch

Serve over rice.

I served it over white rice and with bread sticks. It was yummy!!

This month has been wonderful, nothing big and exciting has happened and it's been a nice, easy & fun month. I have loved just spending the whole day with these adorable little ones.

While I was feeding Parker one day Kenley was out of sight when I found her she looked like this... She said "Pretty Mom!" She was putting on "Make Up"!

We have all of the baby toys out for Parker and Kenley thinks everything is for her too. One day she wanted to use Parker's bouncer as her desk and ate lunch at it.

Parker has been so easy this month, I could't ask for anything more!

Here he is Five Months Old!!

Parker has tried Rice cereal, oatmeal, green beans & squash. He only liked Squash, I hope he starts liking more things soon.

I hope next month can be a fun laid back month too.

Parker tried Rice Cereal for the first time tonight. I felt like he was ready because he is always eying and reaching for my food & the doctor said go ahead ;)

Kenley wants to be part of everything, she is the best helper. She even wore a bib just like Parker!

More Birthday Fun!!

Last Sunday we went to my parent's house for more Birthday fun!

All of the kids got giant balloons with a rubber band to bounce, Kenley loves it, it is still bouncing around the house.

We celebrated Jaxson's Fifth Birthday and Stacy's Birthday too!

Rylee enjoyed the party too!

Last night we went to Brad's Dad's to Celebrate Kenley's Birthday again.

I got to make her another cake. She loved the barbie cake, it was Cinderella.

Kenley had so much fun at the party, she walked around all night acting so silly and excited because she knew the party was for her.

We had fun eating the pizza, yummy cake and ice cream.

Kenley also got a few more gifts... A leap frog tag junior. This girl is so in love with Books this was the perfect gift.

She also got this beautiful Persnickety Dress, she loved it, wanted to put it on and dance in it.

We had fun with more Birthday fun!!

Kenley's 2nd Year!

This was a very big year for Kenley.

She had so many fun things I thought I would just highlight a few of her 2nd Year!

Kenley found out she was going to be a Big Sister! I knew on her Birthday but found out for sure on Jan. 1st.

Kenley started Walking at 13 months, almost to the day!

Had so much fun with all of the Holiday fun. Easter she knew what to do without our help.

Moved out of Grandpa & Grammy's house into our own Home!

Kenley went on her first Plane Ride to California

& Went to Disney Land!! & of course LOVED it!!

Enjoyed spending most of the summer in her swimming suit and just relaxing.

Kenley became a Big Sister August 30!! Has been the best big sister ever since!

Started her first Dance Class and had her first Recital and did awesome!

Our Buddy is Four Months Old!!

We are so in love with this little man. All you have to do is look at him and he gives you a big smile, if you give him a little tickle he has an adorable giggle.

Kenley is also so in love with him. She is always making sure he is okay. He loves to call him her buddy. "Hi Buddy" "You Okay Buddy" is what I here all day, so cute!

Parker is an awesome baby, we are so lucky to have such an easy baby. He sure make my life a lot easier being so good all day :)

Kenley's Two!!

Kenley turned TWO on December 29!!

Brad & I took Kenley to her first movie, Tangled. She loved it!

We ate lunch in the theater which I think helped keep her entertained. We sat so good most of the time and the last half hour she sat on Brads lap. She loved the movie and so did I.

After a nap and getting the last things ready for her party we went to dinner at Red Robin.

Parker is a great Brother and was a good boy all day so we could have fun.

When we got home most of our family came over for her party. She got so many fun things. She got a doll house, bath baby, princess phone, cute outfit and everything to take care of her baby doll. She loved it all.

She also loved her crayon and notebook holder I made for her.

Here is my big girl with her Birthday cake I made her. She loved Mini Mouse and loved her cake.

For Breakfast I made her French toast and put two candles in it and sang to her, she would blow them out and want me to light them again about five times so she was a pro when it came time to blow out her candles on her cake.

Christmas!!

Christmas 2010 was wonderful! Kids really make Christmas a lot of fun.

We woke up at 9:30 and went to see what Santa had left us. We walk out and see a fun kitchen for Kenley and Parker and this was how Kenley responded. "No" wow can you tell she is now 2!

She did like the Barbies!

Kenley is wearing the Apron I made her and one of the towels I made for Parker.

Parker loves his new toy Santa brought for him. He is getting to be so much fun and now loves toys.

Kenley had a lot of fun opening her gifts and seeing what was in her stocking and it took a long time which was fun to see how much she liked every little thing. She loves the ZuZu pet she got in her stocking.

She warmed up to the idea that these toys were here for her and was excited. She loves her kitchen! Her favorite part is the BBQ grill and it looks like it has a real flame.

Rylee was the most excited about Santa coming to our house and had fun with her new ball and stuffed bear. Rylee wanted to open the presents more than all of us.

Brad was so sweet to me and got me the Oriek steamer I wanted and a software for my cricut called Make the Cut. I love it!

I got Brad some nice jeans and LONG shirts, he is all ways throwing out shirts because they are to short so I was so excited to find some tall. He also got a face trimmer.

After we opened all of our gifts Brad's Dad & Terry come to see what we got, then his Mom and then Jeremy & Ashlyn. I loved relaxing at home and visiting with family.

Later we went to my parents house for a great dinner and gift exchange. My parents gave all of us a fire pit, this will be so fun when we finish our back yard this summer.

On Christmas Eve we went to my parents house for a delicious dinner & cookie decorating!

We decorated sugar cookies, rice crispy men & woman & Christmas trees, All for Santa.

Yesterday Kenley's cousin Lily came to play with us while her mom was at work. Lily helped Kenley build a Snowman! I think he turned out great!

My little Ballerina!!Monday night Kenley had her first Dance Recitle and Did Awesome!!

I was so proud of her. I was not sure how she would do in front of a lot of people but she loved it. She is a great little dancer and really loved to preform!
We have been taking a Mommy & Me class since September and we have really loved it. It's been so fun to do something together just the two of us.

After we went to dinner at Chili's with Grandpa & Grammy. Kenley loved Daddy's Ribs!

Temple square!

A couple days ago we took the kids to Temple Square to see the lights.

It was a nice night and Temple square was packed.

Kenley liked the lights and loved the nativity especially the sheep.

We had a fun family night out. Parker was there with us but he was a good little boy and slept the whole time.

Sunday we changed Kenley's crib into a toddler bed. She was so excited!

Until it was time to go to bed, she didn't want to be alone. She had a hard first night, I hope it gets better.
As I was walking down stairs she said "Mom, Cheese!" And then posed so I could take her picture. She is really into having her picture taken and posing us and taking our picture.

She's such a fun little girl.

Here is Kenley enjoying the first snow of the year!Kenley likes to help daddy shovel the snow.
Sunday we put up and decorated the Christmas Tree as a family! I LOVE the holidays, I love everything about it, the shopping, decorating, snow and family time.
Kenley loved putting the "Balls" on the tree.

Kenley didn't want to forget to decorate the back of the tree.

I think it turned out beautiful!

We also put up our stocking, Brad thinks they are to serious. I need to make my decor less serious and more kid friendly but I really don't know how.

I have also hung up some snowflakes that we didn't have room for on the tree. Tomorrow I hope to put up my favorite decor... the garland on the banister.

This has been such a fun winter already and it's not really even winter yet.

Last night Brad pulled Kenley and me on the sled, it was FUN. I really love the snow.
What a great guy!
Today Kenley asked to get her boots on, asked to go down stairs which I had no clue why it's not finished and there is nothing down there for her, she found her sand toys, I had no clue that she knew where they were. She then asked for her coat and to go outside. She wanted to play with her sand toys in the snow. What a little smarty paints, she is so funny. Lucky for her Parker was napping so we threw on our snow cloths and went out to play in the snow.

Playing with sand toys in the snow didn't work as well as she probably thought but we had fun. To bad all of this beautiful snow is not good packing snow so we couldn't make a snowman, I was disappointed. Kenley had fun throwing the snow in the air and us saying "it's snowing".

Thanksgiving 2010!!

This was my first year hosting Thanksgiving!

I think everything went great. We had my family over minus my sister Jessie and her family :( we missed you guys) & Brad's Mother joined us too!

I cooked my first turkey! It was Delicious! I have to give most of the credit to my dad who came over and showed me how to do it. Thanks dad!

Parker enjoyed his first Thanksgiving, he got plenty of attention.

Another Month Older!!

In one short month my little baby girl will be TWO, wow that was to fast but at the same time I treat her like a big girl because she is a big sister.

My little man is already Three months tomorrow. I have been fine with him getting older until yesterday Brad thought he was ready for his bumbo and Parker loved it. Brad keeps calling his chair a Bobo, makes me laugh. It makes me sad is growing up and not a tiny newborn anymore. I really love every stage and I think they get even more fun I just don't like how fast it goes.

I hope Kenley and Parker will always stay best friends. I love watching Kenley play and entertain Parker, she loves taking care of him. Parker always smiles at Kenley. They are so much fun together.

Kenley reminds me of me, she is into all the things I loved as a little girl. I love having a mini me. She is always tyring on our shoes.

Parker is a great boy, I still feel like he is an easy baby but he is growing up and not sleeping all day. He is getting more on a schedule of naps which is nice. Kenley was never a good napper so I hope he can keep napping and sleeping through the night. (makes for a very happy mom!)

Parker and Sam got to meet for the first time last week. Sam is Parker's cousin on Brad's side and Sam is only one week exactly older than Parker. Sam lives in Texas and is visiting for the holidays.

Kenley has been a great eater this month and I hope that she can keep it up. She loves having French Toast Friday with me, my mom used to make French toast most Fridays and always call it French Toast Friday!

Parker is getting more alert and loves attention, he is so lucky to have Kenley that will give him so much attention all of the time. She is so smiley and so fun.

It has been a great month and Brad is the one to thank, he is a great husband and a wonderful dad. I really don't know how I would do anything without Brad. I love watching him play with Kenley and trying to play with Parker :)
It's been a great month but of course there have been some tears, Kenley is almost Two and pretty sensitive, if it can't happen right then or the way she wants it, it can be pretty sad. I wanted to take a picture of her before she went to play in the snow with daddy but daddy had already gone outside and she didn't have time for a picture.
Parker is a baby and if he is hungry he wants it right now and doesn't know what "just a minute" means. He really is a great baby and is pretty patient with me.
My beauty queen, even her worst morning bed head she is still a beauty queen to me. I really wish I could roll out of bed and look hot like her.

I couldn't ask for better children. I am so blessed and so lucky to have a girl and a boy and all the fun things that come with each of them!

Crafts!

A few weeks ago I had some friend over for a craft night. I love doing crafts and wish I just had a little bit more time to do them. I finally finished some block letters I had started in the summer with my sisters. Kenley's were just about done for a long time.

Parker's were not even close I just had the wood cut but it only took me like an hour to do it. I was also trying to finish Parker's curtains for his room and again not totally finished but just about. I need to finish all the last minute things in Parker's room so we can move him up there this month.
I hope I can find a little bit more time to do crafts this month because I have a few things I would like to make the kids for Christmas, wish me luck ;)

A few weeks ago Brad, the kids & I went to St. George for a few days. It was great weather we even got to eat lunch outside in the perfect weather. It was a great relaxing weekend.

I don't know if this was Kenley's idea or Brad's but Kenley loved being carried around in Parker's little carrier. She is so funny and loves to be treated like Parker.

We stayed in Brad's Dad's vacation house and they came down part of the time to join us in relaxing, it was great to hang out and spend some time with them. We went out to eat, did a little hiking and went to the dinosaur museum.

Kenley was a little young to think anything of anything there but it was still fun.

I took Parker to the doctors yesterday and he is a healthy happy baby!

He weights 11.1 40% I thought he would have been more he has been growing so fast.

He is 24.2 inches tall 90%

& his head is 15.7 50%.
